Russian Authors' Society attributes this song to Исаак Шварц (music) and Артур Полонский (lyrics). This is obviously a mistake because (1) Артур Полонский is a well-know musician, not lyricist, and (2) the lyrics is well-known poem by Яков Полонский, XIX c. poet.
