For a Free Humanity: For Anarchy

Capital Rules was originally released by Alternative Radio on cassette in 1995 or 1996. AK Press and Mutual Aid Recordings re-released it on CD in 1997, and packaged it with a reissue of Chumbawumba's Showbusiness! (1994) as a sort of double live album: a live talk on one disc, and a live concert on the other. They titled the two-CD set For a Free Humanity: For Anarchy.

When AK Press reissued Capital Rules as digital media in 2005, they reused the title and cover art of the 1997 CD release, even though the digital media version excludes Chumbawumba's material. Showbusiness! has since been reissued separately as digital media, and with its original cover art.
