Annotation

This Japanese 5-track CD version was released in 1989 (the US version was released in 1988). The original 1982 EP only contained the first 4 tracks. Prophecy was recorded in 1986 during the Rage for Order sessions, but the song had been in the setlist as far back as 1982. "Prophecy" also appears in the 1988 reissue.
