Annotation

This combines the previously released The River Sessions I and The River Sessions II.

The track indexing is exactly as those two releases, copying the mistake from the second disc. Track 11 is listed as Stranger in a Strange Land / Eyes in the Night, which is the title of track 12. Track 11 is Atlantis (Closing Section). That last track is listed as Straight Down which is complete nonsense.
