The credits are not really clear on this release.
Sleeve lists S. Parks for track 4, except it is the original mix, so it is not for track 4 but for all other tracks, as he sis credited on the cd itself.
Tony King is only listed on the cd, but it is indeed for just the first 3 tracks, and not the track 4 which is the original.
