Celebrating 15K followers on our soundcloud channel we want to welcome Moscow-based synth wizard Andrei Orlov (Opilec Music, Musiques Electroniques Actuelles) who joins the 44,100Hz Social Club Social(ist)Edit series with its fourth episode.
The psychedelic rework of Coil's Blue Rats, featuring throbbing bass, dreamy melodies and soothing yet menacing Soviet new age autogenic training voice samples from 1987 is accompanied by Andrei's two own pieces - 'Too Much Light', an upbeat noir electro disco, and 'Only In Black', a majestic guitar / synth ambient track.
