Annotation

One of two LPs dedicated exclusively to Lee's MacGregor transcription recordings. (The title of the other one is September In The Rain, originally released at an unknown date, possibly in the 1950s, and re-released on December 25, 1998. There is also a cassette, entitled I've Had My Moments, released in 1987.)

This Glendale LP includes nearly the entire MacGregor output (14 out of 17 titles). It identifies all selections as "released for the first time. Material licensed from the archives of C. P. MacGregor Library." The claim that this is the first release of Lee's MacGregor transcriptions seems to be inaccurate; a more accurate claim might have ben that this was the first official release of them.
