Maxell XL-II 90 > Aiwa AD-S750 > M-Audio Delta 44 > CD Wave Editor 1.95.1 >
Adobe Audition (normalize, fades) > FLAC > tags added with Mp3Tag 2.38

According to db.etree.org, the only circulating source contains the end of set 2 and all of set 3. My (single) tape was obtained in a mail trade around 1994, and is labled as 4th generation. Lizards and You Enjoy Myself were swapped, presumably to have all tracks fit on a 90 minute cassette without cuts. I restored the order according to the HPB. An unedited flac file has been archived, and is available upon request.
