Includes the standard 7″ vinyl package, along with a CD‐R copy; a DVD+R containing 13 music videos; a postcard‐sized show flyer; and a Trolli Gummi Pizza candy. The first 15 copies sold also included a custom‐printed slipmat. All of the preceding is packaged in a 9″ pizza box (photograph).
