This limited edition advance promotional copy was pressed and released by Tinderbox Music, a music publicity company, as a means of getting radio airplay for songs from twenty one pilots's second album, Regional at Best.

This album comes in a jewel case with two disks, a copy of Regional at Best and a copy of the group's self-titled debut album. The case has two print-out inserts featuring the front and back album art of the album. Both disks are professionally manufactured CD-R's.
