Standard jewel case with black tray, 8-page booklet.
This is a reissue made by Sonopress, Germany (glass master not earlier than 1989). Usually, CDs from different manufacturers also have different disc IDs. However, it was reported that this release, glass mastered by ICM Switzerland, has the same disc ID.

Glass mastered by Sonopress, Gütersloh, Germany. There is no clear indication of where the CDs were pressed (there were no SID codes at the time), but it can be assumed that this was also in Gütersloh. The same applies to printing.
