Cleanup annotation: originally this release had "random order" tracklist and durations that did not make sense (e.g. duration of a short Polonaise work much longer than the duration of a long one)

I cleaned up by reordering the tracks in logical order. Durations were reordered by comparing with Rubinstein's 50s recordings and since they matched I merged the recordings
